If something is not right with your order, we will make it right. Here is how returns work, in plain English.

At Hapchic, we want you to love every piece you bring home. If something isn't right, we're here to help — fast, and without the runaround. This policy covers timelines, who pays for shipping, and what to expect at each step.
114-Day Return Window
You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return on most items.
To be eligible, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition you received it
- In its original packaging, with any tags or accessories included
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)
Damaged or defective items have a separate 7-day reporting window — see Section 7.
2Non-Returnable Items
The following can't be returned:
- Items marked "Final Sale" at the time of purchase
- Gift cards
- Items damaged by misuse, accident, or normal wear and tear
- Items returned after the 14-day window without prior approval

3How to Request a Return
- Email usSend an email to support@hapchic.com within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number, the item(s) you'd like to return, the reason, and photos if damaged or incorrect.
- Get approvalWe review your request within 1-2 business days and reply with return instructions.
- Ship it back (if needed)For items under $25 that arrived damaged, we may refund without asking for a return — just send photos. Otherwise, pack the item securely and ship it back using a trackable method.
- Inspection & refundOnce we receive and inspect your return, we process your refund within 3-5 business days.

For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we provide a prepaid return label after photo verification.
5Refund Timeline

You'll get an email as soon as your refund is processed. Total time from package receipt to funds in your account is typically 9-18 business days, mostly driven by your bank's processing time.
6Partial Refunds
We may issue a partial refund instead of a full refund for:
- Items returned with obvious signs of use
- Items not in original packaging
- Items missing parts or accessories
- Items returned more than 14 days after delivery (case-by-case)
7Damaged or Defective Items
We're sorry if your item arrived damaged or isn't working right. To resolve it quickly:
- Email support@hapchic.com within 7 days of delivery
- Include your order number, clear photos, and a brief description
You can choose a free replacement, or a full refund to your original payment method.
8Incorrect Items
Received something different than what you ordered? Contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll send the correct item and provide a free return label for the incorrect one.
9Exchanges
We don't offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to swap an item:
- Place a new order for the item you want
- Email us to start a return on the original item
- Get a refund on the original once we receive it back
10Order Cancellations
You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it for a full refund. After that, your order may already be in processing and can't be canceled — but you can still return it after delivery under our 14-day policy.
To cancel, email support@hapchic.com with your order number as soon as possible.
11Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund within the timeframe above:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company — posting can take some time

12Sale Items
Items purchased on sale are eligible for return under the same 14-day policy, unless marked "Final Sale". Refunds for sale items are issued at the price you paid.
13Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Have an issue with your order? Reach out to us first at support@hapchic.com — we reply within 24 hours and can usually resolve things faster than a payment dispute, which holds your funds during investigation.
14Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws in your state. If your local law gives you stronger protection than this policy, those rights apply.
