At Hapchic, we work to get your order to you safely and on time. This Shipping Policy explains what to expect after you place an order — processing times, delivery windows, costs, and how to handle any issues. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
1Where We Ship
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii.
We also ship to:
- APO, FPO, and DPO military addresses
- U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands)
We don't offer international shipping at this time.
2Shipping Costs
Free U.S. shipping on every order — no minimum required. This applies to all U.S. addresses, including Hawaii, Alaska, territories, and military addresses.
3Order Processing Time
After payment is confirmed, we prepare your order for shipment within 1-3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays).
Processing may take a little longer during major sales events or federal holidays. If your order is taking longer than expected to ship, we'll email you with an update.
4Estimated Delivery Time
Standard delivery takes 7-15 business days after your order ships.

5Shipping Carriers
We work with reliable U.S. carriers to deliver your order:
The carrier used depends on your destination and the size of your order. You'll see the specific carrier and tracking details once your order ships.
6Tracking Your Order
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Tracking can take 1-3 business days to start updating — this is normal while the carrier processes the package into their system.
7Shipping Delays
Occasionally, delays happen due to:
- Severe weather or natural disasters
- U.S. federal holidays or peak shopping periods
- Carrier capacity or operational issues
- An incorrect or incomplete shipping address
- Failed delivery attempts
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated window above, email support@hapchic.com and we'll look into it.
8Address Changes & Errors
Please double-check your shipping address before checking out — we begin processing quickly to get your order out faster.
Need to fix your address? Email support@hapchic.com within 12 hours of placing your order with your order number and the corrected address. After 12 hours, your order may already be in processing and can't be changed.
9Lost or Damaged Packages
Package shows delivered but you can't find it?
- Check around your property and with neighbors or household members
- Wait 24 hours — packages are sometimes marked delivered slightly early
Still missing? Email support@hapchic.com with your order number and we'll help track it down.
Package arrived damaged? Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, clear photos of the damage, and a short description. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund — whichever you prefer. See our Refund Policy for details.
10Undeliverable Packages
If a package comes back to us as undeliverable — incorrect address, refused delivery, or not picked up from a carrier hold location — we'll reach out to arrange reshipment (customer covers the additional shipping cost) or issue a refund minus the original shipping cost.
11P.O. Boxes & Restrictions
Most items can ship to a P.O. Box. A small number of larger or heavier pieces require a street address — we'll let you know if that applies to your order.
12Order Confirmation & Communication
You'll receive:
- Order confirmation email — sent immediately after checkout
- Shipping confirmation email — sent when your order ships, with tracking
- Delivery notification — in most cases, when your package arrives
