Track Your Order
Here is exactly where to find your tracking number and what to do if it looks stuck.
Hapchic doesn't have a separate order-lookup tool — your tracking number lives in the shipping confirmation email we send you. From there, you can follow it directly with the carrier, look it up on 17TRACK, or check your account order history if you checked out with an account.
1Find Your Tracking Number by Email
Once your order ships — usually within 1-3 business days of ordering — you'll get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier's tracking page.
Can't find it? Check your spam or promotions folder for an email from us. Still nothing? Email support@hapchic.com with your order number and we'll resend it.
2Track It on 17TRACK
Some orders ship from more than one warehouse and change carriers along the way, so the carrier's own site doesn't always show the full journey. For the most complete, real-time status, paste your tracking number into 17TRACK — it recognizes the carrier automatically and tracks it end to end.
3Sign In to View Your Order History
If you created an account at checkout, you can see every order and its tracking link in one place.
Checked out as a guest? You can still track your order through the email link in Section 1 — an account isn't required.
4Tracking Not Updating Yet?
It's normal for tracking to take 1-3 business days to show movement after you get the shipping confirmation email — that's the carrier scanning the package into their system, not a sign anything is wrong.
Full delivery windows are in our Shipping Policy: 7-15 business days for the continental U.S., a bit longer for Hawaii, Alaska, and military addresses.
5Marked Delivered, But You Can't Find It?
- Check around your property, porch, and with neighbors or household members
- Wait 24 hours — packages are sometimes marked delivered slightly early
