Orders & Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 7-15 business days for the continental U.S., with a bit longer for Alaska, Hawaii and military addresses. You'll get tracking as soon as your order ships.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on every U.S. order, no minimum required.
Where do you ship to?
All 50 U.S. states, U.S. territories, and APO/FPO/DPO military addresses. We don't currently ship outside the U.S.
How do I track my order?
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order leaves the warehouse. Tracking can take 1-3 business days to start updating — that's normal.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us within 12 hours of placing your order and we'll do our best to update or cancel it before it ships. Once an order is in processing, we're usually not able to make changes.
Why did my order arrive in more than one box?
Some orders ship from more than one location to get everything to you faster. You'll only ever be charged once for shipping, even if your order arrives in multiple packages with separate tracking numbers.
Returns & Refunds
What's your return policy?
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items should be unused and in their original packaging. See our full Refund Policy for details.
My item arrived damaged or wrong — what now?
Email support@hapchic.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund — your choice.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 3-5 business days. Your bank or card provider may take a few more days to show it on your statement.
Do you offer exchanges?
Not directly. Return the original item under our standard return policy and place a new order for the item you'd prefer.
Payment & Security
What payment methods do you accept?
Major credit and debit cards, plus PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay where available at checkout.
Is checkout secure?
Yes. All payments run through Shopify's SSL-encrypted, PCI-compliant checkout. We never see or store your full card details.
When will I be charged?
Your card is charged immediately when your order is confirmed. You'll get an email receipt with your order details right away.
Will I be charged sales tax?
Sales tax is calculated automatically at checkout based on your shipping address, in line with applicable state law.
Products
How do I know what size to order?
Every product page lists dimensions in inches, along with what's included in the set. If you're still unsure, email us the product link and we'll help you decide.
Are your outdoor pieces actually weather-resistant?
Each product page notes whether an item is designed for indoor use, outdoor use, or both, along with any care notes — check there before placing pieces outside.
Do you restock sold-out items?
Popular pieces are usually restocked, though seasonal items may not return until the following year. Check back on the product page for updates.
Account & Support
Do I need an account to order?
No, guest checkout is available. Creating an account just makes it easier to track orders and check out faster next time.
I didn't get an order confirmation email — what should I do?
Check your spam or promotions folder first. Still nothing? Email us the address you used at checkout and roughly when you ordered, and we'll look it up.
How do I reach a real person?
